I am a licensed clinical social worker with a clinical background in treating children and adults who are struggling with an array of challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma and/or grief/loss. Through a collaborative process, I work with clients to identify distressing symptoms and develop a comprehensive plan to improve functioning and find relief. My team approach helps individuals identify and work towards mutually determined goals allowing the client to progress towards healing and an improved emotional experience. My training and educational background includes: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in addition to a variety of other treatment modalities.
