Hi there! I’m a strengths-based therapist who’s all about supporting survivors of trauma at any stage of life. I’m especially passionate about working with folks healing from religious trauma, people navigating the mental health impact of chronic pain, neurodivergent humans, and LGBTQ+ communities. I’ve spent years working with both kids and adults, and I really value collaboration. You deserve agency in your treatment, and I know that healing (especially trauma healing) isn’t always a straight line.
