As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), I work with adults, adolescents, and children facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized, so my approach is flexible and centered on meeting each client where they are. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and collaborate with clients to identify what will best support their goals. Our work may focus on building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, processing difficult experiences, navigating life transitions, or fostering meaningful change. I work with adults, teens, and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and a wide range of other mental health concerns. My therapeutic style is warm, relational, and collaborative. I believe the relationship we build in therapy is a key part of the healing process.
