My ideal client is simply someone who is willing. I have found that people come to counseling to: gain clarity and resolution of unfinished business they may be holding on to, learn to live more fully and awake in the present, and discover goals and paths moving forward into the future of undiscovered moments! Learning to move through anxiety and channel my body’s energy more healthily has been revolutionary in my life, and it is my life’s work to share in the healing.
