Specializing in Teens & Young Adults: However isolated they appear I hold a strong belief that teens and young adults truly seek connection, though their emotional and behavioral struggles have been impacted by family influences. To fully support this population in reaching their potential, their challenges will need to be looked upon in the context of family, so to identify how such strife continues to be reinforced. This systemic approach to therapy paves the way for greatest insight to be gained by those who really matter, allowing for symptom reduction and ultimately greater relational harmony. With a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, I employ use of Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Experiential Therapy to help shed light on the interplay of their emotions and behaviors.
