I use a combination of research-based therapeutic techniques including DBT, CBT, ACT, and Somatic Experiencing to help you find your potential and help you become your authentic self. We will work on recognizing the blocks that keep you from achieving your goals and dig in to make the changes necessary to feel happy and fulfilled.
