Everyone faces situations that can make life seem overwhelming. I know it can be difficult to make the decision to seek out help. But I also know from experience that the decision to face a problem directly is always a decision of strength. I consider it a privilege to work with individuals, couples, and families who are caught up in the stress of life and who need practical and effective strategies that will help them cope more effectively. I have predoctoral and postdoctoral training in child, adolescent, and marriage and family therapy. In addition to working to improve the quality of family relationships, I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with individual issues. In particular, I enjoy helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, and chronic stress.
