Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed by school/work and the emotional challenges that come with it. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, inattention, social skills deficits, learning challenges, or executive dysfunction issues like organization and motivation. Some feel misunderstood or unsure how to express what they need. They want to feel more confident, supported, and in control of their academic and emotional life.
