I have a wide range of experiences including working with anxiety, codependency, depression, grief and loss, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, life stress and transitions, traumatic experiences, self-esteem, and those experiencing relationship and communication issues. I am especially interested in working with those experiencing body image concerns, eating disorders, and disordered eating. No matter the circumstances, I will provide a safe space to experience emotions, talk through life’s challenges, and a provide meaningful therapeutic relationship to grow and foster healing and personal growth.
