My professional journey affords me nuanced understanding of academia/ higher education, employee relations/ HR, healthcare, work abroad, discrimination/ bias, law, social justice and the impact of workplace investigations. My style is warm, friendly, authentic, and direct. I offer a trauma-informed humanistic approach, incorporating client-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused, mindfulness, and other strategies depending on client needs. I believe most situations can benefit from well timed levity and nothing is ever all one thing. I welcome clients of all identities.
