Hi, I'm Mila Green. I am a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist who has been in the mental health field for 30 years. I have a Doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology and a Masters from Pepperdine University. I am intere4sted in supporting clients motivated clients explore their thoughts and behaviors through self exploration and skill development. In therapy and between sessions, we will practice new skills and ways of thinking to support change. I help adults struggling with life changes and upheavals, such as career stress or burnout and/or relationships disruption. I have much experience working with people with anxiety, depression, bipolar and psychotic symptoms.
