Hello! I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) pre-licensed mental health counseling intern. I was born in Uruguay and have had the unique experience of living in three different countries. These personal relocations have shaped my perspective and inspired my passion for supporting children, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion and collaboration. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment difficulties, self-harming behaviors, and autism spectrum disorder. I find CBT especially effective when working with children, while a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach with adolescents and families fosters deeper, long-lasting change.
