Life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about next steps. As a counselor, I work with teens and adults coping with trauma, anxiety, and stress, offering a space where people can feel heard and supported without judgment. Using EMDR, somatic strategies, and evidence-based approaches, we work together to address the root causes of struggles and develop practical tools for relief and resilience. My goal is to help people move toward a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and aligned with who they are.
