The therapeutic space is a place for personal growth and meaningful change, it is in this space that I meet my clients with compassion, warmth and authenticity. It is my intention to create a safe space in therapy, where listening with a non judgmental heart allows clients to feel open enough to explore their inner thoughts and experiences. I work with clients to help them gain insight into their lives, process past traumatic experiences, understand difficult emotions, and work to achieve their individual therapeutic goals. Together, we will identify goals centered around what you hope to accomplish in therapy.
