My ideal clients are women and men of color, ages 18+, who are navigating challenges with body image, anxiety, depression, or the stress of immigration and acculturation. They may feel unseen or misunderstood in traditional therapy spaces and are looking for a culturally sensitive, validating environment where their experiences and identity are fully honored. My clients want support in understanding and managing difficult emotions, reconnecting with their bodies, and building practical skills to cope with stress and improve mental health. They seek to cultivate self-compassion, confidence, and rest.
