I provide an environment for people to gain a deeper understanding of their lives. Most of us want to feel we are understood. Feeling an emotional connection allows us, not only to feel understood, but cared for and accompanied on the pathway to change. Most of us have difficulty undertaking the process alone. Effective therapy can be a vehicle toward that experience, and toward more fulfilling relationships in our lives. Effective therapy is what I do.
