Hi and welcome. Seeking help can feel overwhelming, but you’ve taken an important first step. I’ve been a therapist since 1987, beginning my career in substance and alcohol treatment. Since then, I’ve worked with individuals in recovery and have supported parents and children in reducing conflict and building harmonious relationships.
