Are you having difficulties with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, or intimate relationships? I work with adults ages 18 to 100 who are experiencing problems and life stressors interfering with work,; relationships, family or friends. Many of these issues involve these symptoms. I can help by working with you to achieve a happier quality of life and improved communications. I use a variety of approaches to fit each client.
