Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel understood. I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and behavioral challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy, which allows me to combine evidence-based approaches with creative expression. My experience includes supporting clients in schools, homes, and outpatient clinics, always meeting clients where they are with compassion and care.
