I have over 15 years of specialty training and experience in providing neurodivergent affirming and evidence-based care to autistic individuals and other neurodivergent profiles. I offer diagnostic assessments for adults, and therapy for children, teens, and adults. I primarily use a cognitive behavioral therapy framework and draw upon other strategies as needed to help you meet your goals. Our therapy sessions will be practical, skills-based, and goals-oriented.
