If you’re an individual or couple with past and/or current trauma, or an LGBTQIA+ teen or adult, I may be the right therapist for you. If you’re looking for a person who has kept up on the science behind C-19 and still takes precautions to avoid it, I’m definitely the therapist for you. I use an eclectic approach with elements of CBT, MI, ACT, and SFBT. I also now offer IFS (parts work) informed treatment if you’re looking for somatic therapy. The work I do is unique to each client or set of clients, as each diagnosis presents differently depending on the host. Priority given to BIPOC, CC and LGBTQIA+.
