We all know how it goes, life is nothing short of a rollercoaster with twists and turns that are very sudden. Sometimes you feel there is no end to the unfortunate surprises. But I am here to tell you there is more to life and there are many ways to turn those unforeseen surprises into something optimistic. Reasonably, it can feel very overwhelming and vulnerable to share your story with someone new but with a collaborative effort, we can focus on your strength and resilience to life circumstances. My intention is to meet individuals where they are in life and offer a safe space to grow. My passion is to help people navigate life challenges and adjustments as this comes with growth. Coming from a nonjudgmental and supportive stance, I serve individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
