My therapeutic interests include the areas of mindfulness, family issues, child and adolescent development, and clinical areas of anxiety, depression, emotional/sexual abuse, and trauma. I have gained valuable experience facilitating art therapy groups for children struggling with social skills as well. I believe in giving children a voice as well as adults and providing a safe space to express themselves. My approach is client and family-centered, focusing on evidence-based therapies, such as CBT and DBT.
