About

Our care model is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team. Our licensed clinicians provide trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive interventions, serving a diverse population ranging from children to seniors. Our Case Managers also work with clients to help them navigate everyday life issues such as employment, housing, and food insecurity, helping you secure resources through our innovative CARE+ Model; to include justice-involved clients. Our psychiatrists/nurse practitioners collaborate with other licensed clinicians/Case Managers to prescribe a treatment regimen designed to improve your overall functioning.
