She partners with clients in building an action plan of which they can feel proud and invested. Kathleen provides a calm and consistent presence, and is passionate about creating a space where clients are free to share as they work toward their goals. She puts an emphasis on utilizing each client’s strengths and supports, and works alongside them to identify barriers to success, as well as resources and solutions.
