Do you struggle with insecurities, boundaries, self-doubt, and anxious or negative thoughts that often leave you feeling stagnant in life? Working with students in high school , college and young professionals and middle age peoples requires a certain level of care that I'm dedicated to provide. Deciding to come to therapy for the first time or returning after a bad experience is a big step I want to help you with. Change is scary but that when changes happens. My role is to help you manage your life stressors through telling your story providing you with the tools and techniques needed to manage and heal through techniques like CBT, DBT and mindfulness. My therapy office is your safe space to help facilitate your new healing journey.
