My name is Carlo and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My therapeutic approach is to actively listen to gain an understanding of you as a whole person. This is done with the goal of attaining an awareness not only of the issues you face but the strengths you possess which can be tapped into to help enact a collaboratively-developed and individualized plan of action that facilitates reaching your short and long term mental health and personal goals. Depending on the needs and goals of the client, I typically use interventions based in Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic and Solution Focused therapies.
