As a therapist, wife, mother of two, bonus mom to two stepchildren, and owner of an animal rescue, I bring not only 14+ years of clinical experience but also the wisdom gained from my full and colorful life. These experiences allow me to connect with clients through both professional insight and lived empathy. My goal is to help others find balance, healing, and fulfillment in every season of life. I also offer to local clients, Walk, Talk & Connect Pet Therapy, it provides a unique way to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and nurture genuine connection beyond traditional therapy. My practice is centered on identifying the core issues that contribute to emotional distress and finding effective, sustainable solutions to help you live a happier and more peaceful life.
