I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2007 with a focus on trauma and anxiety. I support clients in learning to challenge negative thinking, build self worth, and learn new skills to implement in their lives. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) which is very effective in treating distress and trauma.
