My name is Jean Carlos Osorio and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of professional experience and I am also the Founder/Clinical Director of Minds Together, LCSW.P.C. A private group outpatient mental health clinic that provides individual/couple and group therapeutic services in three different locations in Queens, Ny. We have our offices in Astoria, Forest Hills and Jackson Heights. We accept most Medicaid/Commercial insurance plans and provide out of network services. We provide face to face and Telehealth services.
