It’s my belief that therapy is a way to change your thinking change behaviors and to empower you. My goal is to help individuals ultimately achieve clarity. I want them to feel confident enough to realize that their quality of life is actually a result of their own actions and perceptions — not uncontrollable and unforeseeable events. Teletherapy is an option as well. Please note that I offer Telehealth therapy in Florida and Louisiana.
