Hi, I’m Mindy Crabb, a compassionate therapist dedicated to guiding individuals toward healing and self-discovery. My own transformative journey in therapy inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy and counseling. Since then, I’ve worked extensively with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and complex trauma, with a special focus on supporting women through all stages of life. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), spirituality, and meditation to create a safe space where clients can explore their inner world and cultivate lasting growth.
