Yet, these challenges often serve as opportunities for healing and growth. My goal is to help you get unstuck, reach your personal goals, and continue to thrive even after our therapy sessions end. I help individuals overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and navigate life stress, including work challenges, parenting, divorce, grief, and major transitions. As an immigrant myself, I am passionate about helping clients address racial and cultural identity issues and navigate the complexities of acculturation.
