In my decade of experience, I have worked with various concerns. I believe that we develop through life experiences, from traumatic moments to everyday choices, and to feel whole, we need to examine the different parts of ourselves. I concentrate on these aspects by exploring how you create and narrate your life story. I am passionate about working with teens and young adults; however, I am also confident in working with individuals in all stages of life. Additionally, I recognize the impact of trauma in these narratives and believe in the importance of healing from that trauma.
