Welcome! I'm Miranda a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My passion is to help others during times of transition (divorce, separation, starting a new career, new school, new relationships, etc). As a team we work to create strong coping skills to manage life's stressors including boundary setting, healthy communication strategies, and stopping negative thought patterns. I utilize other strategies such as art and play therapy to aid in healing and furthering insights into behavioral patterns.
