I am a licensed psychotherapist and work mainly with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, maintaining healthy relationships, boundary setting, and emotional dysregulation. In my work, I draw on a range of trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based work, somatic mindfulness, and CBT, to help clients gain deeper understanding and find relief from their current symptoms.
