About

I am a licensed clinical social worker (since 1990) and health coach in Arizona. My passion is helping people create a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life. When not working, I love to hike, garden, travel, and spend time with my family. I am a lifelong learner, always curious to find out more about a variety of topics. I light up around kids and animals. My own life experiences have included inherited trauma from WWII; infertility and adoption; parenting a PDA child; unschooling; and spending time in Europe, Africa, Asia, and around the US. I have worked in community mental health, private practice, foster care, public schools, and home healthcare.
