About
I find deep meaning in helping people navigate life’s challenges and unexpected transitions. With a background in addiction treatment and many years of experience supporting clients through both current and past trauma, I’m passionate about guiding individuals toward self-acceptance, inner strength, and a renewed sense of hope. I work with adults, adolescents, and children experiencing depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and relational challenges. I have a particular passion for supporting survivors of attachment trauma as they rediscover safety, resilience, and self-trust. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental—with a healthy dose of humor. I enjoy helping parents develop more adaptive, connected ways to relate to their children. In my work with kids, I integrate play, sandplay, talk, and behavioral therapy. With adults and couples, I tailor my approach to each person’s personality, strengths, and goals
