I have been an LCSW ( Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in CA for the past 4 years. In my practice, my focus areas are navigating anxiety & life stressors & depression. Through a variety of evidence-based therapeutic practices. I prefer to focus on client centered therapy in order to meet the client where they are at. Therefore my approach’s vary based on individual client needs. I have experience utilizing CBT & Solution Focused Therapy & Psychodynamic Therapy.
