I focus on building a collaborative relationship with my clients, successfully addressing challenges and issues that may interfere with their quality of life. My goal within my practice is to help manage daily challenges and past traumas while building a solid foundation to help my clients flourish and offer a trauma-informed approach. I often work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and self-esteem.
