Imagine being present without needing to numb the pain when triggers or challenges arise? I empower my clients to find their strengths and resources, as the foundation of my therapy practice. I work collaboratively with clients using an integrative approach, tailoring the therapy to the individual needs of each client. My therapy style is nonjudgmental, empathic, curious and interactive. I am a licensed social worker providing short-term and long-term psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. Areas of expertise include: anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, stress management, adjustment issues, coping with bereavement and loss, and women’s issues.
