I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, relationship challenges, and past traumas. I also specialize in supporting student-athletes and individuals in competitive sports, helping them navigate performance anxiety, burnout, injury recovery, identity beyond the sport, and the pressures of balancing athletics with academics. I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults, offering empathy and curiosity to explore patterns, emotions, and beliefs. My goal is to provide a confidential, non-judgmental, and safe space where clients will build resilience and heal. Each client will have a personalized treatment plan in order to address needs.
