The people I work with are often going through a lot — big transitions, heavy emotions, or situations that feel like more than anyone should have to handle on their own. Maybe they’re trying to rebuild stability, find some peace, or just make life feel a little less overwhelming day to day. Many are juggling mental health challenges, family stress, or the weight of past experiences while still trying to show up for themselves and the people they care about.
