The best investment one can make is in themselves. I strive to provide a safe place to facilitate optimal growth in all areas which will include healing and resolution of past traumas. I use a holistic approach to address issues including depression, anxiety, boundaries, relationship issues, conflict resolution, self-harming behaviors, identity issues, and much more. Life is about the choices we make however sometimes we are not aware of the choices available to us.
