As an integrative therapist, I believe that each person holds a unique constellation of strengths, resources, and potential solutions. My approach prioritizes respect, authenticity, curiosity, and collaboration- fostering a safe environment for exploration and growth. I see problems as complex and individualized, as distinctive as the person experiencing them. Together, we can work to challenge limiting beliefs, uncover hidden strengths, and develop new patterns that align with your values and aspirations, supporting you in living more fully and authentically. I work with adults, couples and teens experiencing trauma, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Using evidence-based methods like CBT, TF-CBT, attachment theory, psychoanalytic, and human-centered approaches, I support clients 14 and older in healing wounds, building resilience, and fostering growth aligned with their values and goals.
