In my practice, I prioritize creating a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My eclectic approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, with the goal being to empower my clients in their path towards healing and growth. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we will work together to cultivate resilience and foster positive change. Specializing in trauma-informed care, I work in a number of modalities including Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting. Since 2012 I have worked as a trauma-informed somatic therapist having trained with Peter Levine and Bessel VanDerKolk.
