Thinking about starting the counseling process? Or, maybe starting back up again? I am here to assist you in your journey and meet you where you are at! I see clients within the whole lifespan starting at age six and continuing through late stages of adulthood. I enjoy helping individuals through life transitions including understanding management skills of diagnosis including anxiety, ADHD, acute stress, and depression. Additionally, I enjoy helping individuals gain awareness of and gain skills with family of origin issues, parenting, religious exploration-transitions, grief and loss, and expression of individual needs.
