I have a passion for helping people reclaim the lives they deserve through therapy. We often wonder how to handle all the stress in our lives...but the first step is reaching out and getting help. If you are reading my profile, you are at that step! In the last 10 years, I have helped many people understand themselves better, understand their relationships, and evaluate their life circumstances to find peace and healing. When issues like anxiety, anger, depression, and panic set into our minds and bodies, we can feel overwhelmed and lost. It takes learning about these issues and developing coping strategies to overcome them. I am a bilingual therapist who has worked in many environments including community mental health, colleges, and not-for-profit support teams. I enjoy treating clients from the ages of 14 to senior adults. One of my specialties is treating trauma and traumatic exposures. Often we do not realize things that have traumatized us and left scars.
