I believe no one should journey alone and am highly honored and privileged to walk into hard places and difficulties alongside people. I have a passion to help people regain a sense of hope, healing, connection, and attachment, and to find personal tools, skills, beliefs, and confidence to help them tackle whatever life challenges may be faced. I have a heart and a lot of experience working with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, self esteem/self image issues, stress management, relational difficulties, and trauma. I also have a special heart for infertility and adoption issues.
