Hi, I’m Misuk (pronounced mee-sook), a board-certified and licensed art psychotherapist in NY and CT. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and family stressors. As an Asian American and first-generation immigrant woman, I’ve personally experienced many of these challenges.
